ICICI PO Recruitment – May & August 2015 Batch
ICICI Bank started the recruitment procedure of PO for the batches May 2015 & August 2015. ICICI in association with Manipal University will recruit candidates for Probationary Officer cadre. Candidates who got select in this process will undergo 1 year Training programme conducted by ICICI Manipal University. After training programme candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Managers in the bank. The complete details of recruitment are mentioned below.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limitation:
Candidates should not exceed maximum of 25 years as on 31/12/2014. - Educational Qualification:
Candidate should be a graduate from any of the recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 55%.
Areas of Recruitment:
Candidates who are selected in the recruitment procedure will undergo 1 year training session, after successfully completing the training programme candidates will be placed as Probationary Officers GR – 1 in the following areas –
- Trade Finance
- Privilege Banking
- Rural Inclusive Banking
- Retail Banking
- Other Profile decided by Bank

Fee for the Training Programme:
Candidates who got selected in PO Programme have to invest 3.37 Lakh (including tax). ICICI bank will provide load for this amount. Loan amount is recovered from the candidates once after finishing the training period. Candidates will be given a span of 60 months to pay the loan amount in simple installments at a simple interest rate of 2.5%. This Fee is for Phase I an additional amount Rs. 1.5 Lakh to be paid for Phase II students. Candidates whoever leave the bank during training or in 5 years after training have to pay total amount i.e., interest and loan.
ICICI Manipal Academy:
ICICI Manipal Academy is the joint venture of ICICI Bank & Manipal Academy to give 1 year PG Diploma Course in Banking & Insurance. The candidates who ever got selected in the recruitment by ICICI Bank are admitted into ICICI Manipal Academy for training. Candidates who ever finish the diploma course have opportunity to have further studies within Manipal Global Education Frame Work. The training program includes 7 months class room sessions and 5 months internship at one of the branches of ICICI Bank.
